Uncomfortable beds. Discouraging use of patio by turning bar into breakfast room. Horrible coffee. Discouraging use of restaurant. Over priced rooms. No chairs in room except desk chair. Outside in need of attention.

Dingy feel to the hotel even though it has had recent remodeling. Flies and other tiny flies in the room. Noisy air conditioner. Dingy bathroom.

The hotel had a charming atmosphere, with beautifully landscaped outdoor areas and a clean, cute lobby. The staff made sure we had easy access throughout, very comforting for us seniors.
More seating options in common areas would be nice.

Great location and easy on/off to freeway. Would have liked a Baker City area map upon check-in, so we could orient ourselves better. Location needs elevators, otherwise it's great.

Comfortable, Comfortable, Comfortable
I was amazed by the comfortable King Room that had triple sheeted bed linens! The outdoor green spaces were perfect for my dog to play around while I sipped on strong hotel coffee. Plus, the breakfast spread was delicious and exceeded my expectations-who doesn't love scrambled eggs and biscuits to kickstart the day?

Older property but well maintained and clean rooms, and free cookies at front desk. The restaurant next door had excellent food and service.
Would have liked a fridge in the room and for the side entrances to require a room key for entry for better security, but not a big deal.

Got charged twice for my room - once from the booking company from the website and then again at the hotel itself. I have reached out to both parties and have yet to get a refund.
